Drawing Contest Rules
CHILDREN’S DRAWING CONTEST RULES
“THE AGROMILLORA ATLAS”
With the goal of encouraging children’s creativity and bringing the world of Agromillora closer to the families of its employees, Agromillora announces the Children’s Drawing Contest “The Agromillora Atlas”, in accordance with the following rules:
Contest theme
The submitted drawings must represent, in a free and creative way, the Agromillora Atlas, understood as the world of Agromillora:
plants and trees, nature, the countries where the company is present, the people who work there, and the connection between all these elements.
Each drawing must include a title.
Technique and format
The technique is open: colored pencils, crayons, markers, watercolors, or other drawing techniques may be used.
The drawing must be done on paper, preferably in A4 format.
The jury will place special value on originality, creativity, and relevance to the theme, taking the participant’s age into account.
Participation
Each participant may submit one drawing only.
Categories
The following categories are established:
Category A: Up to 6 years old
Category B: 7 to 10 years old
Category C: 11 to 14 years old
(Ages will be determined as of the contest closing date.)
Eligible participants
Children and relatives of Agromillora employees may participate in the contest.
Submission of drawings
Drawings must be uploaded through the contest website, following the indicated instructions, in digital format (scanned or photographed).
The entry form must be fully completed and must include authorization from parents or legal guardians, accepting these rules and the data protection policy.
Submission period:
From June 1 to June 30 (inclusive).
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the winning drawings in each category.
The prizes will consist of creative and educational gifts, appropriate to the winners’ ages.
All submitted drawings will be displayed across the company’s communication channels.
Jury and decision
The jury will be composed of Agromillora representatives.
The jury’s decision will be final and will be communicated to the winners through the company’s internal channels.
Selected drawings may be:
- Displayed at Agromillora facilities
- Published on the contest website
- Shown on corporate screens at Agromillora locations
- Shared through internal communication channels
Copyright and use of the artwork
Submitted drawings will not be returned.
Participation in the contest implies that the author declares the drawing to be original and created by them.
Parents or legal guardians authorize Agromillora to use the submitted drawings for internal and corporate communication purposes, non-commercial in nature, always indicating the author’s name and age whenever possible.
Acceptance of the rules
Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
Any matters not covered herein will be resolved by the organizing committee.
