40 years ago, it all began with a simple yet powerful idea: to improve agriculture.
In Catalan, “millora” means to improve… and that spirit gave us our name and a way of working rooted in innovation, research, and close partnerships with growers.

Four decades later, what began as a local nursery has grown into a global network.Today, we are present in 12 countries and are more than 1,500 people working alongside growers around the world, growing together and transforming the way plants are produced. Everything we have achieved has been made possible by the commitment, talent, and shared passion of a team that has always moved forward as one.
For the past 40 years, we’ve viewed agriculture from the ground up: from the roots, the crops, and every process that helps a field grow.
Today, to truly understand the full scope of what we’ve built together, it’s time to change perspective.
