Agromillora acquires the totallity of Agromillora Australia

Agromillora has reached an agreement with its local partner Boulevarde Nursery, to acquire the shares they had in the subsidiary of Agromillora Australia

Agromillora and Boulevarde Nursery partnered in 2015, creating Agromillora Australia, to develop the Australian market. Since then, Agromillora Australia has become the main supplier of clonal almond rootstocks, the main supplier of olive trees and other business lines have been added such as table vines, apple trees, citrus, cherry trees and berries.

Agromillora Australia, located in Mildura (Victoria), has a new in vitro culture laboratory that replaces the previous one, and has expanded its production capacity with new greenhouses. The team has also been strengthened with the incorporation of Simon Robb as Managing Director.

In these 7 years we have worked side by side with the Boulevarde team, in a very professional and honest way. With the current agreement, two of Boulevarde’s partners will become members of the Board of Directors of Agromillora Australia.

With this change in the shareholding structure, we intend to continue promoting the project to another level, and thus be able to capture all the value creation opportunities that the Australian market offers us with our technology, in the different species we work with. Our objective is to position and consolidate Agromillora Australia as the leading nursery in Australia.
